Dear Hytham

I am writing to request and call for moderating the RPD list.

The ongoing Trolling activity is a shame.

I have never experienced anything like this as a participant on RIPE,
APNIC, LACNIC and ARIN - policy development mailing list.

We have a culture problem within AFRINIC service region and we need to
raise the occassion and above this level of immaturity.
