Thank you for the clarification.

I appreciate that you have shared your personal view. However, I believe
all participants should remain free to contribute to the discussion, and
our contributions should be evaluated on their merits rather than
assumptions about how they were prepared or whether similar viewpoints are
coordinated.

Respectful disagreement is an important part of the Policy Development
Process, and I hope the discussion can continue to focus on the proposals
themselves.
