[rpd] Confirmation of the 3mil Recovered Space? Re: Promoting IPv6 Adoption

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you, Fundiswa, for raising these important governance considerations.

I agree that transparency, neutrality, and fairness should remain at the
core of decisions concerning AFRINIC's remaining IPv4 resources. As IPv4
continues to support many operational networks across the region, it is
important that allocation policies remain objective and proportionate to
members' legitimate needs.

While promoting IPv6 adoption is an important long-term objective, I
believe this should not diminish the need for sound governance of IPv4
resources. A balanced approach that protects equitable access to IPv4 while
encouraging IPv6 deployment will contribute to a stronger and more credible
policy development process.

I look forward to the continued discussion.
