Jordi,
My invitation to come and visit rural schools and the ISPs that connect them remains open so you can see the “situation kwa ground” of connectivity entrepreneurship.

 The kind start up ISPs who make up a good proportion of Afrinic’s new members. They face enough challenges and enforced rules on IPv6 deployment is just another hurdle…
