[rpd] New Draft Policy Proposal - Amendment of the PDP Working Group (WG) Guidelines and Procedures AFPUB-2026-GEN-001-DRAFT01.

Hello Gregoire,

Selection is done by show of hands which is some form of voting. I am not
sure why present ecom or the board chose to call the selection process
consensus without further explaining the details. Here is reference to
where the process was well described:

7. Voting
Voting shall be by a simple show of hands.
