[rpd] [QUIP] A new federated identity and interaction layer over QUIC – seeking engagement with the AFRINIC community

Hi Ben,

Sorry, can’t agree with you this time. Is not about turning down anyone. Is about respecting AUP on each mailing list. Each mailing list has a very specific scope, and this one, exactly the same as in other RIRs, is exclusively for policy discussions. Otherwise, we will have only a single mailing list for everything in each region.

Allowing a single off-topic, will not allow later on to dismiss other off-topics as it will be discriminatory.
