>From understanding the Consolidated Policy Manual to exploring real-world feedback through the Policy Implementation Experience Report, this session offers valuable insights for stakeholders across the Internet ecosystem. Through Policy expert analysis and interactive discussions, participants will deepen their understanding of how AFRINIC's policies contribute to regional Internet governance and how they can actively engage in policy refinement. This webinar brings together key stakeholders previously involved in shaping and implementing policies within the AFRINIC community.
At the end of the webinar participants will be able to:

  *   Understand the strategies to promote efficiency, transparency, and inclusivity in policy development efforts within the AFRINIC community, fostering an environment conducive to collaboration and consensus-building among stakeholders with diverse interests and priorities.
  *   Appreciate the roles of PDWG Chairs and AFRINIC Staff in managing discussions, timelines, and ensuring transparency and inclusivity throughout the policy development process, equipping participants with practical tools to navigate policy implementation challenges effectively.
  *   Understand the practical guidance for crafting clear, actionable proposals that address community needs while aligning with established guidelines, and foster effective communication and collaboration within the AFRINIC community to facilitate policy refinement and improvement.
