[rpd] Let us do the right thing

I think we must separate the potentially justifiable acts regarding co-chairs last year from the other more blatant illegal acts of the board in more recent times.

I think we must, however, not also lose sight of the variety of ways in which the board has violated the bylaws, lied to the community, and acted in bad faith for a long time now. From my perspective, this most recent escalation of board misdeeds traces back at least to the meeting in Dakar, and possibly before.
