Dear PDWG,

Just a brief comment.

I am just expressing my concern on the limited time frame which people who
are really and immensely interested in the position have to indicate their
interest. This short time frame can or could discourage interested and
capable candidates from taking the step. Given that the time is EXTREMELY
limited.
