Dear PDWG,
The AFRINIC-35 Public Policy Meeting (PPM) will be held in hybrid format on 1-2 June 2022, with ~6hrs allocated to the agenda. Registration for the meeting is already open at https://2022.internetsummit.africa/. <https://2022.internetsummit.africa/> In case you are planning to participate during the PPM, please ensure that you register for the event before the registration closes.

Update of PDP
We request the authors of the current policy proposals and forthcoming new policy proposals to ensure that their proposals have clear problem statements and the proposal text is aligned with the problem statements and to be proactive with their updates based on the discussions and contributions of the PDWG.
Some timelines in compliance with the Section 3 of the Consolidated Policy Manual are as follows:
New proposals can be submitted by latest 23h59 UTC, 4 May 2022.
Updates to proposals can be submitted latest 23h59 UTC, 25 May 2022
Final agenda to be communicated by latest 23h59 UTC, 26 May 2022
Draft agenda will be communicated by latest 23h59 UTC, 14 April 2022
