[rpd] Summary of Proposal AFRINIC Number Resources Transfer Policy AFPUB-2020-GEN-006-DRAFT02

I really hope the co-chairs reconsider their decision regarding this
proposal. The obvious outcome would be the other RIRs safeguarding and
gatekeeping their unused resources as well, and that is not the point of
why we need a Resource Transfer Policy in place. We’re going against
everything that the Internet stands for, as we are moving more towards
selfishness and making sure RIRs are no longer sharing anything of their own

Best regards,

Mathanya
