[rpd] An update from the PDWG Co-Chairs in Preparation of the Upcoming AFRINIC-34

Hi Chairs, all.

Jordi's right. There's no way to curtail discussions that could be
beneficial to the policy proposals and in compliance with the PDP. The
community barely has time to sift through and discuss everything, and now
there's an unreasonable time limit on the proposals. There should be active
participation in the process and should be given enough time.

Thanks,
Gaby
