[rpd] Appeal Committee Appointment

Hi Daniel,
We shall think hard and only ring the bell when needed.

Diversity is important and Afrinic tries as much as possible to be more
inclusive, even though some think this “diversity” is our problem.

Diversity does not mean “all must have a seat” and  shall not conflict with
merits.

We have 2 board members from a country and 2 community representatives at
ASO from one country.

Have you complained?  And now worried  for a region being over represented
in the AC?
