ceci arrive parce que la structure, ne se rendent pas vraiment en compte
que faite de joué le rôle du protectionnisme lui créer plusieurs enemis et
au toujours vraiment toujours s'adapter et se réadapter pour bloquer des
éventuelles menace qui peuvent profiter de faiblesse de l'organisation.
