I can see that our definitions for the term "stability" are very different.
Unfortunately, the PDWG has stopped being stable from the day AFRINIC
intervened in the co-chairs elections, with no consideration to the normal
process stipulated under the CPM and the bylaws. The PDWG has also stopped
being stable from the day its co-chairs started declaring consensus on
incomplete policy drafts...
Moreover, the CPM is clear and well defined and I doubt it would
intentionally have a mechanism in place that serves to "distract" the
co-chairs from performing their duties. The recall was written with its
justifications to the Board of Directors, and the recall committee will
investigate the circumstances of the justification for the recall and
determine the outcome. As far as I know, our "volunteers" can maintain
performing their tasks as usual while awaiting the committee's decision.
Best regards,
Lamiaa
