Hello Noah,
For what it's worth, other RIRs have an inter-RIR policy. What makes
AFRINIC so special? That once it allows an inter-RIR policy, a loophole
will be eminent. So are you implying that AFRINIC won't be able to do their
job if they allow an inter-RIR transfer?
Second, I am aware of IPv6. And your arguments perfectly show that you are
having a limited view regarding this matter. I did not mention both
versions, but you are putting the context here. I just said that inter-RIR
policies should be considered here because again, internet resources are
universal.
