[rpd] Dissolution of Appeal Committee

Hello,

The fact that the co-chairs were appointed under questionable circumstances
and the appeal committee was dissolved under questionable circumstances as
well, implies that there is a grave abuse of discretion in this matter. I
hope that the board can provide a substantial explanation as to why is the
dissolution of the appeals committee is of utmost importance.
