[rpd] More confusion from Noah

Hello all,

I am surprised to see some people formulating inappropriate responses,
which is a clear violation of the mailing list's code of conduct. I urge
the community to keep the discussion civil and provide constructive
criticism that serves us well, instead of venturing into personal attacks
and comments.
The PDWG co-chairs need to ban individuals that are disrespecting community
members from this list.

Let us be kind and understanding. We can oppose our fellow's points of view
while staying in alignment with the rules of the RPD and the WG.

Best,
