[rpd] PDWG Co-Chairs Selection pursuant to Section 3.3 of CPM - Status @ 9 April 2021

Good progress and I am glad there is some consensus on this way forward,
hoping that the nominees have/will accept the terms according.
Good progress once again and thanks to everyone that contributed to this.
