[rpd] Call for interest for PDWG chairs closed & Way forward

I feel the same way. One other thing (I've been on NomCom many times) -
one can only support one candidate in any  election (e.g. PDWG
Co-Chairs). If you support a second person - the first looses that support.
This would correlate to the voting process, one vote per election.
