Hi,

I understand that, however, I can’t trust it, very unfortunately.

The chairs said they sent it. AK told it also to me in private email, and having seen the last actions from the board, I’ve more reasons to trust AK than AFRINIC.

Either AK is right or is not. If AK is right, he should demonstrate it, very simple. There is nothing secret in emails exchanged with the staff or board. We know other chairs always copied the list; nothing should be different this time.

If AK can’t demonstrate it, then how we can trust him as a co-chair? Believe me, I will prefer to have the emails demonstrating who is not telling the complete true here.

Regards,

Jordi

Dear Jordi,

This question has been raised for quite some time and our team has checked and double-checked even in the logs and found no evidence. However, if the date and time as well as other details about the emails are shared, the technical team will check again and clear this situation.

Regards

Policy Liaison Team

However, one thing that worries me is if we should trust our previous co-chair or the board and I'm referring here to the fact that AK has told the community that the policies that reached consensus were sent to the board for ratification and the board and the CEO denied that. All the communication from the co-chairs and the board regarding that has never been disclosed, without any explanation about that, even if should have been done copy to the list, for a pure transparency reason.

So, please, AK, if you really think that you did right and you can do a new term without those errors and, consequently, we can trust you, this is your perfect opportunity to clarify all that by copying all those emails to the list.
