[rpd] Call for interest for PDWG chairs closed & Way forward

Surely I agree that the NomCom to provide their input from 8th April and 
let the PDWG know which candidates fit the criteria for running for 
position Co-Chair.

What I find strange is the PDWG to have all this work to select someone 
to serve for only 2 months. I was under the impression the two selected 
would serve, one until the PPM in 2022 and the other until the next PPM 
in 2023. In any way the positive side if that in the next PPM we will 
have already 2 Co-Chairs to conduct the work being carried during the event.
