I most strongly object to the publishing of the criteria as a limit on eligibility for nomination. I have previously raised this
objection and specifically stated that my acceptance was conditional upon their use as guidelines for members to consider
In selecting co-chairs from the nominees and not eligibility criteria to stand for election.
While I think it would be fine for the WG to adopt these criteria as requirements for nomination through a proper modification
to the PDP, applying them now on an ad hoc basis and making up policy as we go is improper and should not be tolerated.
