[rpd] Eligibility Criteria for PDWG chairs

Hello Madhvi,

I think first of all you should have explicitly stated that all feedback
should be sent only to maybe the mailing list to prevent the messenger (you
in this case from being bombarded). However, I humbly ask, are you now part
of NoMCom? Is this message from NoMCom? the basics need to be flawless in
order to have a flawless criteria.
Regarding Section C how do you measure past and active participative
experience? Does constantly making irrelevant noise or not making good
contributions but being visible with numerous mails qualify?

Same goe with D. How do you measure participation?

Now moving to G raises a conflict with C in my perspective. Having a policy
that has been ratified or under discussion is for me the highest level of
participation and shows that a member is trying to solve a problem which
shows high level understanding. So do you feel eliminating a candidate who
has a proposal under discussion does not mean knocking off the best minds?
