I see point D as a good opportunity for new participants to join the
community and learn/observe/participate in 2 meetings before taking on
leadership roles. This helps them to be familiar with the CPM, policies,
practices and culture of the working group. If they are really interested
in contributing, the requirement of attending 2 meetings should not be a
hindrance.
