[rpd] Eligibility Criteria for PDWG chairs

Hi Madhvi,

Can I suggest the following amendment  for *F.*

The intended volunteer must be able to demonstrate good technical knowledge
and understanding of the Internet ecosystem. *Having 5 years of Internet
Protocol related technical experience would be an advantage.*

I would also add the below suggestion.

*The intended volunteer must be endorsed and/or nominated by an AFRINIC
number resource member known to them.*
