[rpd] clarify? - (Fwd) Adhoc Appeal Committee appointment

Board Chair, AFRINIC,

I would like to thank you for considering me for appointment into this Adhoc Appeal 
Committee as copied here below. However, before I respond to the consideration, I would 
like to seek your clarification on one or two issues:

1. As you may be aware, I am already a member of the AFRINIC PDP Appeal Committee, 
see: https://afrinic.net/policy/appeal-committee#members and my term has not yet expired. 
So, please clarify if this appointment will mean that I will be a member of that Appeal 
Committee as well as a member of this new Adhoc Appeal Committee.

2. Please clarify if the CPM or PDP allows for the creation of an adhoc Appeal Committee, its 
mandate and what its terms of reference would be.

3. I take it as well understood that the responsibility and task of the Appeal Committee is very 
heavy and its conduct very demanding, it would therefore be very necessary that such an 
adhoc Apeal Committee be well founded and acceptable to the AFRINIC community for me 
to serve on it. Please clarify if your consideration is indeed for a well founded acceptable 
committee.

As you may be aware, I have served AFRINIC is various volunteer and other capacities and I 
would be happy to serve again if the above could be clarified in a manner that is satisfactory 
to me and the community to be served by such an adhoc appeal committee.
