for any candidates/volunteers for co-chair to be (self-)nominated and
supported by one other WG member. Including posting of motivation and CV
on list.
Same time for Secretariat to propose election observers. (at least one
from another RIR)
Also documentation of procedure.

March 8, 12:00noon UTC for elections (if any) top be opened by AfriNIC
staff and election access credentials to be sent to voters.

March 10, 12:00noon UTC for elections to be closed.

March 10, 03:00pm UTC for results to be announced.
