[rpd] Recall Committee appointment

Dear Policy Development Working Group,

On 16 November, the AFRINIC Board of Directors received a request to 
recall the PDWG Chairs.  The Board appointed a Recall Committee 
constituted of three members:

   Mr Adiel Akplogan
   Mr Alan Barrett
   Dr Christian Domilngo Bope

Mr Craig Ng, General Counsel, APNIC, will be an observer to the 
Recall Committee.

The Recall Committee shall investigate the circumstances of the 
justification for the recall request and determine the outcome.  The 
Recall Committee will publish its report on the Resource Policy 
Development mailing list.  It is expected that the report will be 
available by 31 January 2021.
