[rpd] New policy Proposal : Co-chair Recall - AFPUB-2020-GEN-007-DRAFT01

Dear Frank

When a proposal is received, the Liaison will check if the document is
in the format as per Section 3.7 of the CPM and recommend any
adjustments if needed to the author(s). Once feedback and any update
from the author(s) are received, the document is draft proposal is
checked , given and ID and sent to the website for publication.

In this case, edits were done by the author , the Liaison made one edit 
and sent the amended document to the authors. Once  agreement of the
author(s) was received,  the document was published.
