So, let me understand it clearly: you Co-Chairs are even considering to
fast-track that proposal that benefit yourselves directly invoking
sections 3.6 of the CPM because a few people suggested that ? And do you
hope that by fast-tracking it would change the course of the ongoing
Recall already in the hands of the Board of Directors ?
There is only one scenario to invoke section 3.6 of the CPM and that is
urgency and here it comes the obvious question: What is the urgency ?
If you answer saying that you do not wish to fast-track it in order to
benefit yourselves directly in the ongoing Recall then what is the
urgency that cannot be discussed in a normal time as any other proposal ?
How many Recall requests have we had historically and what are the new
facts that could suggest many new Recall requests could come soon that
could not wait for a proposal be discussed in a normal time ?
