Dear Policy Development Working Group,

The Board received a request to recall the current Policy Development 
Working Group co-Chairs on 16 November.  The Board met today to 
discuss the "Recall Committee" which is documented in the Policy 
Development Process.  The Board will take a decision at latest by 12 December.
