So – it is at the discretion of those who requested the recall to do so – that much is clear – if we don’t like that – change the PDP.  The board however, is now obligated under the PDP to appoint a recall committee, as per the above point, that includes the working group chairs and the complainants

I suspect a typo and this should read “that EXCLUDES the working group chairs and the complainants”
