[rpd] Reversal of Consensus on Resource Transfer Policy

Dear Co-chairs; Dear Community,

This is an absolute disgrace and slap to the face of what the AFRINIC organizations stands or is expected to represent. I am affirmative that every member of this community has had the opportunity and platform to express both their support for and opposition against this policy and others as well. This decision by the co-chairs to extend the last call period for an additional one more week for “prudence” sake is very unreasonable. Most importantly, this is a violation of the AFRINIC’s CPM Section 3.4.3 which infers that “the last call period shall be at least two weeks”.

The end of the last call period has already been declared and should be heading towards the approval and implementation stage of the CPM. I am against this extension of the last call period for an extra one week.

ELVIS.
