Dear all,

Many comments claim that the policy opens the door to fraud. I believe that
for those "bad guys" who want to take advantage of Afrinic, 12 months are
not an obstacle, but it is an issue for those who need further resources to
expand their business.
Requiring allocation and proving the needs for it is expensive, and it is
obvious to think that no one would operate a fraud where they lose money
and gain no benefit. AFRINIC has the instrument to stop any fraudulent
actions through its operational activities.

I agree with Kay, if the community believes that such a policy is
necessary, we should discuss a specific fraud prevention proposal.
