I’ve overlooked this before, but it was in the impact analysis form the staff.

 

Even if I think this proposal is now reciprocal with all the RIRs, my fear is that the operational aspects are a problem.

 

The full section 5.7.5 is a big headeache. We can’t envorce other RIRs about chaging their existing procedure. Just deleting that, resolves the problem.
