[rpd] Decisions and summary on policy proposals discussed during the online Policy meeting (AFRINIC 32)

Dear Fernando,

I think the most qualified persons to say whether "Transferred legacy
resources will still be regarded as legacy resources" was stated in the
policy proposal will be the authors (except if you are one - I am not
sure of that now) and if such wasn't mentioned I don't want insinuate
that Co-Chairs will create their own content.

However, it could also be an error, which can be corrected.
