la question posée par Marcus était toute simple, n'existe-t-il par une
région qui pratiquerait cette méthode d'élection dans son PDP, au lieu de
lui répondre tu tournes autour. Si tu veux une discussion franche et sans
équivoque merci de répondre clairement et simplement aux questions posée
dans les discussions. Personne ne s'amuse ici c'est l'avenir de notre
institution continental qui est en jeu. Merci de considérer et d'accorder
d'importance aux observations des autres contributeurs.
