[rpd] Co-Chair Election Process

+1 Paschal,
To buttress my point. To expedite the delivery process, I agree with you
that pushing for a remote voting system can and should be 100% policy
independent.
Although we can have a remote meeting to discuss agendas, available time
line may not permit a good election now(giving issues with identifying
unique voters, and curbing bogus multiple voting), thus the reason I
subscribed to the idea of tenure extension.
