Cloud Innovation Limited prefix156.241.3.0/24 in question are those created
as recently as 4th March 2020 by Mattew Chan of HonKong Link Infinity
Limited on the RADB IRR database using AS37353 again to originate the
prefix.

Surely, this does not look like a mistake if indeed the contract with the
customer was terminated as far back as December 2020.

The route object as seen on the data presented by Arnaud and Owen has a
change log that indicates " *changed: matthew.chan at hgc.com.hk
<matthew.chan at hgc.com.hk> 20200304*"
which means it was created on 04-03-2020 two months since December 2019.

I believe Owen has indicated that he is following up the matter with their
customer so that it's fixed and those records cleared from RADB.

Cheers,
Noah
