Bow we are in the community to discuss a real problem in order to
allow Afrinic to wait for these objectives and to advance the question
of internet in Afrinic and to be a reference of the world.
for the current debate, treating Larus as a briber would be a frank
and punishable fault for a better Africa; As in the Afrinic community
it is not only Larus, who motivates his scholarship recipients,
I believe that there are also other structures that are with us at
Afrinicet pays more. how to compare two programs? the problem is not
the motivation or the methods of scholarship that give the Larus
Foundation, I believe that the promoter of this motion can solve his
real problem than talking about the program. as a proposal that
AFRINIC revise the partnership rules, rule for participation in these
meetings, that it clearly determines the role of these partners. I ask
the co-chair to withdraw this debate directly from the agenda. dear
all, to give much more the best proposal in order to improve the
participation of all for the good of Africa.
