Hi all,

A few of us have been working in the last weeks in a new policy proposal.

We believe this can facilitate the work of all the members, make sure they don't miss any policy change that may impact them after a CPM change, facilitate the work of the staff and protect members about misunderstandings or erroneous actions from the staff about their compliance with all the policies.

We have already officially submitted it, but as we know it takes some time to be published in the web site, I'm attaching it in PDF.

ASAP I can see the link to the PDF in the PDWG archive, I will send it to facilitate the work to digest users.

Thanks in advance for reading and providing inputs !

Regards,
Jordi
