> The CPM requires that the minutes of the policy meeting be published withing 3 weeks of the completion of the policy meeting. However, on this occasion we need to seek your indulgence to varry of the process.

>  The Co- chairs would like to extend the clause in the PDM that require the publishing of the minutes within three weeks of the meeting: to allow that we extend the publishing of the minutes for the AFRINIC 31 meeting till the 10th of January 2020.

>  This is due to the extended holiday periods in December and the unusual number of policies  presented at the AFRINIC 31 meeting in Angola. This is in addition to some other situations beyond our control while ensuring the accuracy of the published minutes.

> The co- chairs and the relevant AFRINIC staffs are working hard to  esure that the minutes are ready and published within the shortest period.

>  We thank the community for the usual understanding and wish us all a happy and prosperous 2020.


Thanks for the update, I fully understand the reasons for the delay.
