...of course, but if you want to enforce the PDP and you see that there
are
no existing provisions to fulfill that duty, then you should want to
*create the *
*needed rules* ;-)

It is not required for enforcing the rule of the PDP. That is not an

That is for normal (?) PDP, not the one into current CPM (v1.3) :-/

...by the way, with the current CPM (v1.3) the only efficient way to
enforce the PDP, as you&me (?) understand it, is to use the provision
of CPM 3.6. Unfortunately, to Varying the process you MUST prove
that there is an emergency situation...

Remember the simplest possible fix i have already shown you [1] :

«PDP Enforcement
[...] In order to enforce the PDP, the Chairs SHALL (MUST) take any
reasonable/useful/necessary decisions for the purpose [...]»

Brother, are you getting me now ?

...hope you have not (also?) missed these very issues [2] i pointed you to
