[rpd] [Community-Discuss] Larus foundation fellowship

I am speaking as someone who provided input into how the document should be constructed prior to its construction.

There was general agreement by Larus Foundation management to my insistence that if the documents and/or fellowships were not done in a neutral manner, there would be great potential for harm to the community and to the reputation of the Larus foundation.

I did not participate in the actual construction of the document, but in reviewing what Wafa posted, I do not see any deviation from that direction.

While another school of thought can view the same document otherwise. It all boils down to perspective.

This is evident in the posts to the lists by some who make conflicting statements and sometimes they are just clearly out of sync.
