The document provides only information that is a direct quote from the rpd list and the actual policy text. It is intended as a neutral summary to help people come up to speed on the proposal history and provided both pro and con information for each proposal.

It was not designed to “coach” people to come to any particular conclusion.

I believe the point is that newcomers need to arrive at their own views and perspectives by reviewing the proposals and related background docs, rather than been coached to parrot statements in an obvious agenda to swell numbers of supporting voices at meetings.   This is evident in the posts to the lists by some who make conflicting statements and sometimes they are just clearly out of sync.

Granted that some of these newcomers may still hold similar conclusions without coaching but my view is that this sort of “education” is gaming the PDP ….wherever it might come from.  That Larus also has a checkered history in AFRINIC just makes it more suspect.
