Ahhhhh!  Yes.  Thank you.

So in theory, at least, "A" should be exactly equal to "B" plus "C",
where "A" is the set of all Afrinic resource holding ORGs, as listed
in the Afrinic WHOIS data base, and "B" is the set of all Afrinic members,
as listed on the Afrinic web site, and "C" is the set of all legacy
ORGs/holders, correct?

(Still wondering if there is s simple, programatic way to derive the
set "C".)
