[rpd] Monthly Call(Aniso Percy)

I oppose the idea of declaring consensus during these calls.

It is unlikely that the broader community will participate sufficiently in the calls to provide  a proper gauge of consensus.

I think that the calls are an excellent idea. Given that the policy meetings are every 6 months, I think that every 2 or 3 months is not frequent enough.
