Yes, your're right, I had that in mind but my wording can be interpreted differently. I mean "AFRINIC" cover those expenses (which in turn comes from the resource members).

As a point of information, the Resource Members contribute towards
the travel expenses for a PDWG Chair. That is part of the support
which Afrinic Ltd provides to the African Internet Community.
