[rpd] New Policy Proposal Received - "Multihoming not required for ASN (AFPUB-2019-ASN-DRAFT01)"

Hi Dewole, all,

This policy proposal is the result of the presentation done in the last meeting by James Chriwa from Registration Services, where he observed that CPM 7.4.2 was requiring multihoming and some AfriNIC members don't have it, but still require an ASN.

I want to add something else. While working in this policy proposal for AfriNIC, I realized that in APNIC we have the same problem, so I submitted a new policy proposal in that region, which reached consensus last week in their meeting:

Regards,
Jordi
